Marinated cherries with lime mascarpone in port
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: fresh cherries (no seeds), red port, fine granulated sugar, peeled pistachio nuts (55 g), lemon, lime, whipped cream and mascarpone (a 250 g).

Marinate marinate in port and 2 tbsp sugar.

Roast pistachio nuts in a dry frying pan.

Allow to cool and chop the nuts.

Lemon and lime brooms and shavings grate.

Lime squeezing.

Whip up the whipped cream with 2 tbsp sugar.

Untie Mascarpone with grater and lime juice.
-
Mix whipped cream and add extra sugar if necessary.

Divide cherries with port over four sections.

Create mascarpone and sprinkle pistachio nuts over it..
