A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: fresh cherries (no seeds), red port, fine granulated sugar, peeled pistachio nuts (55 g), lemon, lime, whipped cream and mascarpone (a 250 g).

Directions

  1. Marinate marinate in port and 2 tbsp sugar.
  2. Roast pistachio nuts in a dry frying pan.
  3. Allow to cool and chop the nuts.
  4. Lemon and lime brooms and shavings grate.
  5. Lime squeezing.
  6. Whip up the whipped cream with 2 tbsp sugar.
  7. Untie Mascarpone with grater and lime juice.
  8. Mix whipped cream and add extra sugar if necessary.
  9. Divide cherries with port over four sections.
  10. Create mascarpone and sprinkle pistachio nuts over it..
