Sweet kaki fruit with orange, muesli, mint and low-fat curd cheese.

Grate the orange zest of the orange and press. For each person, leave 1 leaf of fresh mint as a garnish and finely chop the rest of the fresh mint.

Mix the curd with the orange zest, juice and finely chopped mint.

Cut the granola bars coarsely and divide 2/3 over the single dishes. Put the orange cheese on it.

Cut the kaki fruit into cubes of ½ x ½ cm (brunoise) and spread over the curd. Sprinkle with the rest of the granola bars and garnish with a mint leaf.
