Sweet kaki fruit with orange, muesli, mint and low-fat curd cheese.

Directions

  1. Grate the orange zest of the orange and press. For each person, leave 1 leaf of fresh mint as a garnish and finely chop the rest of the fresh mint.
  2. Mix the curd with the orange zest, juice and finely chopped mint.
  3. Cut the granola bars coarsely and divide 2/3 over the single dishes. Put the orange cheese on it.
  4. Cut the kaki fruit into cubes of ½ x ½ cm (brunoise) and spread over the curd. Sprinkle with the rest of the granola bars and garnish with a mint leaf.
