Cut the tomatoes into cubes. Cut the onions.

The couscous according to the instructions.

Heat the oil in the pan and fry the vega minced meat for 4 minutes. Bake the onion for the last 2 minutes.

Mix the couscous with the tomato ketchup, tomato, mince, onion and cinnamon powder. Spoon the arugula through the lukewarm couscous and garnish with cheese cubes.
