Lukewarm lentil salad
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: spring onions, garlic, cherry tomatoes (250 g), arugula (lettuce 30 g), olive oil, lentils (à 400 g), grated Parmesan cheese (bag) and baguette.

Clean the forest onions and cut into rings.

Garlic peel and chop.

Wash and halve tomatoes.

Wash rocket.

Heat oil in frying pan.

Fry the spring onion and garlic for about 2 minutes.

Bake tomatoes for about 2 minutes.

Drain and add the lentils and heat well for approx.
-
4 minutes.
-
Season with salt and pepper.

Divide 2/3 of arugula over four plates.
-
Slice the rest of the arugula.
-
Spread lentils over arugula.
-
Sprinkle cheese over it.

Divide the remainder of arugula.

Serve with baguette..
