Prepare the noodles according to the instructions on the package and rinse with cold water.

Meanwhile, cut the chicken fillet into cubes. Sprinkle with the shichimi togarashi and possibly salt.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and stir fry the chicken for 5 min. On medium heat until golden brown and done. Add the wok vegetable and cook for another 2 minutes.

Mix the noodles with the chicken, wok vegetable, mirin and sesame oil. Divide the noodle salad over the bowls.
