Roasted potatoes with mackerel mousse


A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, potatoes, garlic, mackerel fillets (natural (a 125 g)), crème fraîche (125 ml), spring onion (bag of 3 pieces), cucumber (a 175 g) and salad dressing (bottle a 270 ml).

Directions

  1. Clean potatoes and pierce with fork.
  2. Cook on kitchen paper in microwave at full power (600 watts) in 15 min.
  3. Wrap potatoes in kitchen cloth and let them cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, peeling garlic and cutting.
  5. Rub garlic with mackerel and crème fraîche into smooth mousse with a hand blender or food processor.
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Cut the spring onion into thin rings.
  8. In bowl salad mix raw vegetables and salad dressing.
  9. Grab the potatoes and press slightly.
  10. Place potatoes on 4 plates, create mackerel mousse and garnish with spring onions.
  11. Serve with salad..
