Pork tenderloin with cranberry apple sauce
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, onion, apple, broccoli, liquid margarine, potato slices (700 g), tenderloin (about 275 g) and cranberry compote (350 g).

Peel and chop onions.

Peel the apple, remove the cores and cut the apple into pieces.

Clean broccoli, divide into florets and peel and slice into pieces.

Heat 2 margarine in frying pan and bake potato slices according to instructions on the packaging.

Cook broccoli in 6 min.

Spread the tenderloin with salt and pepper.

In a frying pan heat margarine and pork tenderloin in 8 min.

Remove the tenderloin from the pan and keep it warm in aluminum foil.

Bake in baking fat for 2 minutes.

Add apple pieces and compote and warm them up.

Season with salt and pepper.

Cut the meat into slices and serve with sauce, potatoes and broccoli..
