Lukewarm oriental spinach with sesame
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: sesame seeds, ready-to-cook spinach (3 bags of 300 g), fresh basil, medium sherry, Chinese soy sauce, sesame oil, white caster sugar, (four seasons) pepper and salt.

Sesame seeds in a dry frying pan lightly roasted until golden brown.

Wash spinach and put in large pan with hanging water.

Bring spinach to the boil and let it sink in a high heat.

Cook for approx.

2 minutes.

Drain spinach and drain in colander.

Tear the basil into pieces.

Heat sherry, soy sauce, sesame oil and basil in saucepan; do not let it boil.

Season with caster sugar, pepper and salt and leave to cool until lukewarm.

Remove Sherry sauce from drained spinach.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Serve immediately..
