Lukewarm potato meal salad
Potato meal salad with ratatouille vegetable mix, chicken fillet, bacon and chives.

Fry the bacon strips in a dry frying pan until crispy. Drain on kitchen paper.

In the meantime, bring little water with salt to a boil in a pan. Boil the vegetable mix in about 3 minutes until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.

Cut the chicken fillet into thin strips. Mix the vegetables, bacon strips and chicken fillet with the dressing. Store in the refrigerator until use.

Cook in a pan with little water and salt the potatoes in approx. 3 minutes until al dente.

In the meantime, cut the chives finely. Drain the potatoes and scoop through the salad. Garnish with the chives.
