Lukewarm potato salad with bacon cubes
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, broken green beans (250 g), potato wedges (with rosemary and sea salt, a 425 g), onion, hand pear, olive oil, vinegar, mustard, walnuts (50 g), smoked bacon cubes (250 g) and lettuce (with garden herbs (200 g)).

Boil the beans for 8 min., Cook and let cool.

Prepare potato wedges according to instructions for use in frying pan.

Peel onion and cut into half rings.

Peel pears, remove the cores and cut them into wedges.

Chop the nuts roughly.

Fry bacon cubes in a dry frying pan.

Stir in oil, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper dressing.

Spread out four plates.
-
Arrange potato wedges and green beans.

Divide onion, pear and nuts.
-
Sprinkle with dressing and put bacon cubes on it..
