Spiced kebabs with eggplant and paprika


A nice Mediterranean recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potatoes, ground beef, spice mix (for shawarma (bag 30 g)), red onion (chopped), olive oil, aubergines (in half slices) and red pepper (in strips).

Directions

  1. Peel the potatoes, cut them into pieces and boil them in water with salt in 20 minutes until tender.
  2. Mix the mince with the spice mix and onion. Divide into 8 portions, form sausages with wet hands and stick them to the skewers. Brush with 1 tbsp oil. Heat the grill pan and grill the kebabs for about 10 minutes. Times regularly.
  3. Heat the rest of the oil and cook the aubergine in 5 minutes until done. Add the bell pepper and cook for 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Divide the vegetables over 4 plates and put the kebabs next to it. Serve with the potatoes. Tasty with garlic sauce.
