Wokmie with sweet-sour omelette
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: egg noodles (250 g), sunflower oil, eggs (beaten), sesame seeds, oriental wok vegetables (400 g), red peppers (in strips), wok sauce sweet and sour (240 ml), spring onion ((bag 3 pieces) and in slanted rings).

Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package. Meanwhile, heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan and add the egg. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and pepper and salt. Fry the egg in 8 min. On both sides until golden brown and done. Turn the omelette halfway.

In the meantime, stir the remaining oil in a stir-frying pan, stir-fry the vegetables and paprika in 5 minutes. Add half of the wok sauce. Drain the noodles and fry for 1 min. With the vegetables.

Let the omelette slide on a plate and cut into 12 pieces. Pour the rest of the wok sauce into the frying pan and heat for 1 min. Pour over the omelette and sprinkle with the spring onions. Create the noodles on 4 plates. Serve with the sweet-sour omelette.
