Noodles with oriental tuna
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, mienestjes (pack a 500 g), stoneleeks (8 pieces), tuna steak (fresh or thawed), teriyaki marinade, oil, roasted sesame seeds and green asparagus tips (100 g).

cook 2 minutes in water and loosen with fork.

In the meantime cut stoneleeks diagonally into thin rings.

Dry tuna steak and sprinkle with pepper.

Sprout the tuna with 2 tbsp marinade and 1 tbsp oil.

Sprinkling sesame seeds on a plate.

Add asparagus tips to noodles and boil them both in a further 3 minutes.

Tuna in 3-4 min.

Brown and roast rosé inside.

Drain and pour 1 tbsp marinade and stoneleeks.

Mie with vegetables on plate to create.

Place tuna steak in sesame seed and place on it..
