Pork fillets with potato salad
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: olive oil, sweet soy sauce, garlic (pressed), pork fillets (a 2 pieces), potato slices natural (a 450 g), paprika raw vegetables (a 150 g), pineapple pieces ((227), drained) and salad dressing honey / mustard (270 ml bottle).

Preheat the grill or light the barbecue. Mix 1 tbsp oil with the ketjapmarinadeen the garlic and season this marinade with salt and pepper. Brush the fillet strips with the marinade and marinate them during the preparation of the potato salad.

Bring the potato slices in a layer of water with salt to the boil and boil for 3 minutes until done. Drain and cool quickly in a low wide dish. Carefully sprinkle the raw vegetables, pineapple and salad dressing and season with salt and pepper.

Roast the fillet strips in 4-5 min. Per side until golden brown and done. Place them on 4 plates and add the potato salad.
