Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC. Dust the work surface with flour and roll out the dough into a thin piece.
  2. Also sprinkle the oven dish with flour and cover with the largest part of the dough. Keep the rest of the dough aside.
  3. Fill the dough mold with the cooled ragout and form a lid of the rest of the dough. Press the edges of the lid on the top and cover the lid with egg.
  4. Fry the pie in the oven for about 30 minutes until tender and golden brown. Remove from the oven and let rest for about 10 minutes. Tasty with a green salad.
