Tomato-lentil soup
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: red onions, garlic, oil, tomato broth (350 ml), lentils (a 400 g), grated cheddar (cheese and 100 g).

Peel onions and garlic.

Cut onion into rings.

Heat oil in a (soup) pan and press the garlic over it.

Add onions and fry for about 3 minutes.

Pour the broth according to the instructions for use with water and add it to the onion with lentils.

Bring to boil.

Season the soup with salt and pepper.

Distribute soup over four bowls and sprinkle with cheddar.

Serve with baguette, ciabatta or dark brown bread..
