Lukewarm salad of green beans with bacon-lemon dressing


A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: meat, green beans, smoked bacon cubes, lemon (scrubbed) and ground chili (pepper (mill)).

Directions

  1. Cut the tips of the green beans and cook the beans in plenty of water with salt in approx. 10 min. Until al dente. Drain the beans in a colander and rinse them with cold water.
  2. Sprinkle the bacon in the pan of the beans and fry them on low heat. Grate the yellow skin thinly from the lemon and squeeze out the fruit.
  3. Spoon the beans and grated lemon peel through the fried bacon and let everything warm up. Season the vegetables with lemon juice and chili pepper. Delicious with, among others, fried fish and (vegetarian) schnitzels.
