Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (hot air mode!).

Cut the tomatoes into four thick slices.

Defrost the puff pastry.

Meanwhile, finely chop the fresh oregano.

Cut the slices of dough into four squares each and brush them with tapenade or pesto.

Place the slices side by side on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.

Place a slice of tomato on each slice.

Sprinkle some oregano and freshly ground pepper and drizzle some olive oil over it.

Bake the puff pastry snacks in the oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and done.
