Marinated melon with ham
A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: meat, galia melon, white port, red pepper (in thin strips), butter roast ham, Yorkham (fume), raw ham and fresh mint.

Cut melon into thin slices, remove seeds and peel them.

Place slices in a bowl and pour the port over it.

Let melon covered at least 1 hour in a refrigerator.

Then place slices of melon on the roof in a flat dish.

Sprinkle red pepper over it.

Cut slices of ham in half and halve.

Place slices per type along the edge of the dish.

Garnish with leaves of mint..
