Lukewarm salad of stew pears
A tasty Dutch recipe. The gluten-free starter contains the following ingredients: meat, traditional olive oil and arugula.

Let the stewed pears drain in a colander and pat dry.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the slices of bacon until crispy brown. Let them drain on kitchen paper. Leave the shortening in the pan.

Fry the stewed pears in the shortening of the bacon until lightly browned. Sprinkle the ginger syrup over it and place the pears on a plate.

Stir in the balsamic vinegar through the shortening. Spread the arugula and lamb's lettuce over the plates and put the stew pears and slices of bacon on them.

Crumble the goat cheese over it and drizzle the salad with the shortening with the balsamic vinegar. Serve immediately.
