Lukewarm salad with kibbeling


A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, ciabatta bread (225 g), iceberg lettuce (in strips), basil ((15 g), coarsely cut), fried curdling (a ca. 300 g), olive oil, white wine vinegar, yellow pepper (seed lists removed and in strips), spring onions ((3 pieces) and in pieces).

Directions

  1. Bake the bread according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Place the lettuce on a large flat dish and spread the basil over it.
  3. Heat the quibbling according to the instructions on the package.
  4. Meanwhile, beat a dressing of the oil, vinegar, pepper and salt.
  5. First divide the fish, the pepper strips and the spring onions over the lettuce and then the dressing.
  6. Serve the salad with the bread.
