Lukewarm vegetable salad with goat's cheese
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: almond shavings (a 45 g), couscous, olive oil, Provençal stir-fry mix (400 g), thyme, white wine vinegar and soft goat's cheese.

In a dry frying pan, brown almonds toasted light brown, remove from the pan and allow to cool.

Prepare couscous according to instructions.

Heat in heating half of oil and stir fry vegetables with thyme for 5 minutes.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Take a pan of fire.

Rest of oil and vinegar by creating vegetables.

Distribute couscous over two plates.

Create vegetable salad.

Mix the cheese with a coarse grate and sprinkle it over salad with almond shavings..
