Pork fillet with thyme honey marinade
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, medium hand orange (scrubbed) and garlic.

Grate the peel of the orange. Stir in a bowl the honey with the mustard, orange zest and thyme. Squeeze out the garlic and stir in through it.

Dab the meat dry with kitchen paper. Rub the meat with the marinade and sprinkle with pepper.

Cover the dish with aluminum foil and put into a refrigerator until use.

Allow the meat to reach room temperature for at least 30 minutes. Preheat the oven and the roasting pan to 175 ° C.

Let the butter melt in the roasting tray. Place the pieces of meat in a circle. Roast the meat in approx. 35 minutes, once in a while.

Wrap the meat in aluminum foil and leave to rest for another 10 minutes.

Place the roasting pan on low heat. Pour the meat stock and the wine into the shortening and stir the cakes well. Boil the gravy to half in a high heat.

Cut the meat into thin slices and lay on a warm dish. Serve the gravy in a sauce bowl separately.
