Chicken in Sweet and Sour Sauce
Rice dish with basmati rice, chicken fillet, tomato sauce, silver onions, peach slices and garden peas.

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.

Cut the chicken fillet into pieces.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken over a high heat in 3 min. Around golden brown.

Add the tomato sauce and the onions. Spoon and season with salt and pepper. Bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes on low heat.

Let the peach drain. Add the peaches and the peas and warm for another 5 minutes. Serve the rice with the chicken.
