Light a barbecue with lid.

Put the self-raising flour, the yogurt, the salt and the oregano in a bowl and knead for 3 minutes into a smooth dough.

Add any extra flour if the dough is too sticky.

Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces and shape into balls. Leave to be covered until use.

Halve the zucchini in the length. Remove the seeds with a spoon, grate the zucchini coarsely and pat dry with kitchen paper.

Cut the mozzarella into pieces. Grate the parmesan cheese.

Cut the stalk of the red pepper. Roll the pepper between your hands so that the seeds fall out. Cut the pepper into rings.

Roll out the balls with a rolling pin into round pizzas with a diameter of 15 cm. Bake in 2 portions on 1 side for 3 minutes on the barbecue.

Take the pizzas from the barbecue and place them with the baked side up on a piece of baking paper.

Divide the pasta sauce over the pizzas.

Divide half of the mozzarella over 4 baked pizza bases. Divide the salami felino over it.

Divide the zucchini over the rest of the baked pizza bases. Divide half of the Parmesan cheese and the red pepper over it.

Put half of the pizzas on the barbecue and grill them for 4 minutes with the lid closed. Make another portion.

Take the salami pizzas off the barbecue, spread the rest of the Parmesan over it and sprinkle with the arugula.

Take the zucchini pizzas from the barbecue, spread the rest of the mozzarella over it.

Serve 1 mozzarella salami pizza and 1 courgette pepper pizza per person. Serve immediately.
