Turkish köfte with couscous
Salad with couscous, kofte of minced beef, apricots, tomatoes, cucumber and Turkish yogurt.

Put the minced meat, the meatballs and half of the bag of salt from the pack into a bowl and knead well.

Divide the minced meat into 6 portions. For the köftes, knead the portions in an elongated, even shape around the satéprikkers.

Heat the grill pan and grill the köftes in 12 min. On medium heat until golden brown and done. Turn halfway.

In the meantime, prepare the couscous according to the instructions on the packaging.

Cut the apricots into pieces. Cut the tomatoes into cubes and the cucumber in half slices.

Mix the tomatoes, apricots, cucumber, couscous and oil together and season with salt and pepper.

Stir the mixture of sauces from the chopped meatballs into the yogurt and scoop half through the couscous salad.

Serve the köftes with couscous salad and the yogurt sauce separately.
