Ingredients
Directions
-
Boil in a pan with plenty of boiling water the broccoli florets 2-3 min. Rinse under running cold water in a colander and let drain well.
-
Halve the pepper and scrape out the seeds. Cut the tofu into cubes. Heat in a stirring oil until it is steaming. Fry the tofu with pepper until brown. Remove the tofu from the wok on kitchen paper and let it drain.
-
Discard the pepper. Pour the oil into a heat-resistant bowl (no longer used). Chop the garlic and cut the pepper into strips. Stir-fry the garlic and paprika in the wok.
-
Stir in the sherry, soy sauce, stock and sesame oil and bring to the boil. Stir the cornstarch with the water and add the stirring to the dish. Heat until the sauce starts to bind.
-
Put the tofu through and heat. Season with pepper and salt. Slice the chives and garnish the dish. Nice with noodles.
