Lambskabab with cucumber mint
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, olive oil, lemon (pressed), garlic (squeezed), ground cumin, cayenne pepper, cinnamon, lamb steaks (a la minute (about 200 g)), cucumber, fresh mint (15 g), sugar and Greek yogurt (a 150 g).

In bowl marinade stirring oil, half of lemon juice, garlic, cumin, pinch of cayenne pepper and pinch of cinnamon.

Fold each leg of lamb into 3 long strips, swirl through the marinade and let the flavors simmer for at least 10 minutes.

Peel the cucumber and scrape or cut into thin slices.

From fresh mint keep 18 leaves separate, rest fine cut.

Stir in the mint, sugar and rest of lemon juice with yogurt.

Season with salt and pepper.

Cucumber with mint dressing mix.

Grill pan (or frying pan with non-stick coating) and serve lamb in 3 min.

Rosé grilling.

Stick the lamb strips with 3 leaves of fresh mint zigzagging on satésticks.

Place kebabs on plate and serve with cucumber salad.
