Salmon fillet with leek jars
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, olive oil, onion (chopped), leeks (in rings), curry powder, potatoes (700 g), vegetable stock (from tablet), salmon fillet ((a 2 pieces, frozen), thawed) and mayonnaise .

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for 1 min. Add the leek and cook for 5 min. Sprinkle with the curry powder and bake for another 1 min.

Scoop the baby potatoes through the leek and pour in the stock. Smother the potatoes with the lid on the pan in approx. 10 minutes until done. Season with salt and pepper.

Heat the rest of the oil in a frying pan. Sprinkle the salmon fillet with salt and pepper and bake for approx. 6 minutes brown from the outside and rosé from the inside. Turn halfway.

Divide the leek pieces over 4 plates and place the salmon fillet. Serve with the mayonnaise.
