Lunch salad with tuna and pearl couscous
Quick salad of pearl couscous, cucumber, radish, celery, red onion, tuna, capers, yoghurt mayonnaise and iceberg lettuce.

Boil the pearl couscous according to the instructions on the packaging.

Meanwhile, halve the cucumber in the length, remove the seeds and cut into small cubes of 1 cm (brunoise).

Cut the radishes into quarters and the celery in bows. Chop the onion finely.

Drain the tuna and capers, but collect 1 cup of caper juice (per 4 people).

Mix the capers and the collected caper liquid through the tuna together with the yoghurt mayonnaise.

Mix the pearl couscous, cucumber, radish, celery, onion and lettuce in a large bowl. Divide the tuna over it.
