Lunchwrap with strawberries, avocado and mango


Full-flavored fruit, freshly sour lime, coriander and a spicy pepper. An explosion of color and taste.

Directions

  1. Grate the green skin of the lime and squeeze out the fruit. Mix half of the juice with the grater, the dairy spread and the honey.
  2. Remove the crowns from the strawberries and halve the fruit.
  3. Cut the avocados in half lengthwise, remove the kernel and scoop out the flesh with a spoon.
  4. Cut the flesh into cubes of 1 x 1 cm. Drizzle with the rest of the lime juice.
  5. Chop the cashew nuts coarsely. Peel the mango and cut the flesh into cubes. Mix with the strawberries, avocado and cashew nuts.
  6. Cut the stalk of the red pepper. Remove the seed lists with a sharp knife. Slice the flesh finely.
  7. Cut the coriander coarsely. Spread the tortilla wraps with the dairy spread mixture and top with the fruit-nut salad.
  8. Sprinkle with coriander and red pepper. Yummy! .
