Macaroni and ham
Macaroni with mushrooms, ham, vegetables and cheese.
Cook the macaroni according to the instructions on the package.
Cut the stalk of the red pepper from the vegetable package. Halve the pepper in the length and remove the seed lists with a sharp knife.
Clean the mushrooms with kitchen paper and cut the pepper and mushrooms into strips. Cut the ham into cubes.
Heat the butter in a frying pan. Keep the bean sprouts separate and fry the pepper, the rest of the vegetables and the mushrooms for 5 minutes.
Stir in the ham and cook for another 1 min. Turn down the heat.
Spoon the macaroni through the vegetables, along with the bean sprouts, creme fraiche and half of the cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
Divide the macaroni over the plates and serve with the rest of the cheese.
