Wraps with tuna, spinach and sundried tomatoes
Multigrain wraps filled with tuna, sundried tomato, zucchini, white cheese and spinach spread.

Heat the oil in a frying pan with non-stick coating and add the spinach in parts. Let shrinking all the time.

Put the spinach in a colander and let it drain. Cut the parsley coarsely and put the spinach, dairy spread, pepper and salt in a high cup.

Puree with the hand blender to a spread.

Meanwhile, drain the tuna and crumble the white cheese. Cut the sun-dried tomatoes and mix with the tuna. Season with pepper.

Wash the courgettes and cut into slices of ½ inch thick. Heat the oil in the other frying pan and fry the zucchini in 4-5 minutes until golden brown.

In the meantime, heat the frying pan with non-stick coating and heat the wraps for 30 seconds, turn halfway or heat the wraps for 1 minute in the microwave.

Divide the spinach spread over 2/3 of the wraps and then spread with the zucchini slices, the tuna mixture and the white cheese.

Roll up and cut diagonally. Serve immediately.
