Creamy kale with bratwurst
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, butter, beef sausages, leeks (thin rings), ready-to-cook kale (300 g), potato slices (700 g), fresh cream cheese with garlic and herbs and freshly ground black pepper.

Melt half of butter in frying pan and roast beef sausages around.

Meat in 20 min.

Over medium heat, occasionally turn.

In casserole melt the rest of the butter and add leek, kale and potato slices.

Add a small cup of water and salt to taste and kale covered in 10 min.

Lightly overgrown, occasionally shovel.

Fresh cream cheese by kale scoops and melt cheese with stirring.

Kale for another 3 min.

Gently simmer.

Spread kale over four plates, serve beef bratwurst next to it..
