A tasty asian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, basmati rice, olive oil, red onions (in rings), shoarma strips (about 400 g), garlic (extruded), oregano (jar 10 g), red pepper (in thin strips), green pepper (in thin strips), spring onions ((3 pieces) and slanted in thick rings).

Directions

  1. Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Heat the oil in a stirring fruit the onion 5 min. Add the shawarma strips and fry 2 min. Add the garlic and the oregano. Bake everything for 1 min.
  3. Add the pepper strips to the meat. Stir fry for 3 minutes on a high heat. Add the spring onion to the meat and cook for another 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with the rice.
