Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package and pour.

Boil the cauliflower florets in little water with salt for 2-3 minutes. Drain and let drain well.

Heat the oil in a wok. Fry the cauliflower florets while stirring in 3-4 min. Crispy cooked.

Squeeze the garlic, finely chop the basil and add with the crème fraîche, the basil, pepper and salt to the cauliflower florets.

Spoon the pasta with the cheese through the cauliflower and heat for another 1 min.

Spread the pasta over bowls or deep plates and sprinkle with the rest of the cheese.
