Macaroni with salmon sauce

Cut the broccoli into small florets, cut the stalk into cubes and cook the vegetables for 8 minutes until al dente.

Prepare the macaroni according to the instructions on the package.

Chop the onion coarsely. Fry the onion chips in the oil until golden brown, add the tomato paste and stir-fry 1 min.

Stir in the dairy spread and about 150 ml of cooking water from the pasta and bring it to the boil while stirring.

Add the salmon cubes and heat for another 1 min. Season with salt and pepper.

Mix the macaroni with the broccoli and spread over 4 plates. Spoon the salmon sauce on it.
