Macaroon pastry with grapes
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: seedless (red grapes (500 g)), cognac (cider), cinnamon, whipped cream (250 ml cup), vanilla sugar and macaroons (in pieces).

Halve the grapes.

Bring the halved grapes with the cognac and the cinnamon to the boil.

Let it cook for a while.

Stir well so that some of the grapes break.

Let them cool down to lukewarm.

Beat the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff.

Divide the pieces of macaroons over 4 glasses.
-
Scoop over the cooked grape mixture, and then the whipped cream.

Garnish with the rest of the grapes.

Serve immediately, otherwise the cream will melt..
