Mackerel curry with naan bread
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, steamed mackerel (about 350 g), onion, cauliflower, (sunflower) oil, mild curry paste (pot a 285 g), tomato cubes (400 ml), coconut milk, naan bread with garlic and coriander ( 280 g) and fresh coriander (bag of 25 g).

Clean mackerel and divide it into pieces.

Peel and chop onions.

Clean cauliflower and divide it into florets.

Heat oil in frying pan.

Onions 2 min.

Soft baking.
-
Add curry paste and fry for 2 minutes.

Add tomato cubes, coconut milk and cauliflower and bring to the boil.

Let the curry cook gently for 8 minutes.

burn flattening according to the instructions for use.

Add mackerel to curry and co-heat for another 2 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper.

Coriander finely chop.

Dice the curry with coriander and serve with flat bread..
