Directions

  1. Grate the peel of 1 orange and squeeze out the fruit. In a large bowl, mix orange zest and juice with the spring onion, cayenne pepper, yogurt and honey.
  2. Peel the remaining oranges thick and cut the wedges out of the fleece. Scoop them with the radish, apple and celery through the dressing.
  3. Divide the lettuce mixed with radish on the plates or on a plate and put the salad and mackerel fillets on it.
