Melt the butter in a saucepan. Stir in the honey. Break the eggs over a bowl and add the sugar.

Beat with a mixer for 5 minutes. Mix the flour, the baking powder and the cinnamon in a bowl.

Peel the apple, cut into quarters and remove the core. Grate the apple on a coarse grater.
