Manchego cheese with pear apple jelly
A tasty Spanish recipe. The vegetarian appetizer contains the following ingredients: stew pears, apples (Elstar), cloves, apple-pear juice, lemon zest, jelly sugar and Manchego cheese.

Peel the fruit and cut into segments. Cook in pan pears just under water with cloves for about 20 minutes. Add the apple and cook for approx. 10 minutes. Feed the fruit through the sieve. Bring the puree back to the boil and stir in thick juice and lemon zest. Stir in the jelly sugar and simmer for approx. 2 minutes. Do it in a clean jar.

Cut cheese into slices and serve with jelly.
