Directions

  1. Peel the garlic and press the upper bowl.
  2. Stir in the oil.
  3. Cut Ciabatta into slices and cover with garlic oil on one side.
  4. Sprinkle slices in toaster.
  5. Cut manchego into slices.
  6. Cut tomato into thin strips.
  7. Ciabatta invest with slice of manchego.
  8. Place strips of tomato on them.
  9. Cut chives over tostadas into pieces..
