Giant shrimps from the baking tray
A nice thai recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: fish, king prawns (thawed), coconut milk, pesto, Thai green curry paste and fresh coriander (finely chopped).

Cut the armor of the shrimp into the tail with 1 scissors. Cut the back to half with a sharp knife and remove any black wires.

Mix in a bowl the coconut milk with pesto and curry paste. Rub the shrimp with the marinade and place in the remaining marinade. Marinate the shrimp for 20 minutes at room temperature or at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Line the baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the shrimps on the baking sheet.

Put the baking sheet in the middle of the oven and cook the shrimp in approx. 10 min. Until done. Transfer them to a dish and sprinkle with the coriander. Tasty with baguette.
