Sweet and sour leeks with smoked meat
A tasty Dutch recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: meat, leeks (about 1 1/2 cm thick), vinegar, sugar, bay leaves and smoked meat (about 90 g).
Wash the leek, clean it and only cut off the white part of it.
Bring the vinegar, sugar and bay leaves to the boil.
Put in the leek and boil for about 8-10 minutes.
Remove the leek from the pan and allow to cool slightly in approx.
Cut the leek into 5 cm pieces.
Fold the smoked meat slices and wrap them around the leek, so that the leek sticks out on both sides.
