Puree three quarters of the mango with the whipped cream and turmeric. Mix the mango puree with the cream cheese. Season with powdered sugar, depending on how ripe the mango is.

Hold 1 tablespoon mango cubes separately to garnish and puree the rest of the mango with 1 tablespoon of icing sugar. Strain this coulis.

Crumble the sprites and spread the cookie crumbs over the cups. Pour in the cream cheese mixture and put the cups in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.

Before serving, pour the mango coulis into the cups and garnish with the mango cubes.
