Preheat the oven to 225 ° C.

Let the slices of puff pastry thaw.

Peel the apple and remove the core. Cut the flesh into tiny blocks.

Mix the apple in a bowl with the custard and sugar.

Cut the slices of puff pastry diagonally in half. Spoon a little of the apple mixture on one half of each triangle.
