Popper: fish balls with yogurt-augur sauce 1-2 yrs
They certainly eat these funny fish balls. Delicious with a fresh yoghurt and pickle sauce.

Slice the pickles and mix in a bowl with the mayonnaise and yogurt.

Squeeze out the garlic. Stir in the sauce and season with salt and pepper.

Cut the shallots coarsely. Cut the fish into pieces.

Puree the shallots, fish and flour in the food processor and season to taste with pepper and salt.

Form of the fish mixture balls the size of a walnut.

Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the fish balls in 3-4 min. Around brown and done.

Serve the fish balls with the sauce. Yummy! .
