Popper: brown beans with tomato and chicken 7-9 months
This baby food with brown beans fills! But the tomatoes keep the dish nice and fresh.

Drain the beans and rinse well under cold running water. This way you remove part of the salt.

Cross the tomatoes on top and immerse for 1 min in a bowl of boiling water. Allow to cool in cold water.

Unfreeze the tomatoes with a potato knife. Halve them, remove the seeds with a spoon and cut the flesh into cubes.

Cut the chicken into strips. Heat the oil in a small frying pan and fry the chicken over low heat for 4 min.

Add the tomatoes and beans and warm for 2 minutes.

Puree the mixture with the hand blender or in the food processor. If necessary, dilute with boiled water or milk.
