Popper: chicken curry with apple 10-12 months

Boil the rice in a pan with water without salt according to the instructions on the package.

Peel the apple, remove the core and grate the flesh over a bowl with a coarse grater.

Chop the shallot and cut the chicken fillet into thin strips.

Heat the oil in a small frying pan and fry the shallot for 1 min on medium heat. Add the chicken strips and cook for 2 minutes.

Mix in the grated apple, curry powder and coconut. Add the water and simmer for approx. 4 minutes on low heat.

Drain the rice and mash the chicken curry with the hand blender or in the food processor until a coarse mash.

Serve the puree in bowls with small florets of broccoli or pieces of cooked green beans next to it. Yummy! .
